    Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, courier backlogs, or customs procedures are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel whenever possible.

Kaasi Gari Battala Shop will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
