1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

A 360-degree unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the package and the product inside.

The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with the 360-degree video proof.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order ID, reason for return, and the 360-degree unboxing video proof.

Once your request and video are verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you to send the product back to us.
Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original online payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
